Nutrition Services

Nutrition is meant to be inclusive, not exclusive.

Kate Albarella is a registered dietitian with years of experience in the field of eating disorders at all levels of care (acute inpatient, residential, PHP/IOP, and outpatient). She provides nutrition counseling, exposure meals and support eating, assisted grocery shopping, and supported meal planning and prep. For adolescents, this support often includes a family-based approach.

Kate's approach encompasses both practical support and empathetic guidance, which are essential elements in the journey toward recovery.

Please note that for the respect of our clinicians' time, our clients' time, and those on the waiting list, we uphold a 24 business hour cancellation policy. If the session is cancelled in less than 24 business hours, the full fee will be charged.

For nutrition services, we are a self-pay practice, meaning that we are not in-network with any insurance companies. We can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt of services that you can provide to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. This does not guarantee reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
