About Us

The IHC Story
Kerri and Kate founded Inclusive Healing Center in 2024 with a shared vision: to create a space where healing feels real and personal. We wanted to work side by side, supporting our clients in a setting that feels safe, welcoming, and genuinely warm. It was important to us to build something different — not just another business focused on the bottom line, but a true community where individuals feel seen, supported, and cared for. We dreamed of a therapy space that feels like a second home: cozy, inviting, and full of heart.
Our Team...
At Inclusive Healing Center, our team of therapists and nutrition specialists is dedicated to creating a space where healing feels safe, compassionate, and personal. We bring warmth, expertise, and genuine care to every session, meeting you where you are and supporting your journey toward balance and well-being.
Dr. Kerri
Clinical Psycologist
Dr. Kerri Guadagni is a licensed clinical psychologist and the co-founder of Inclusive Healing Center. Her approach to therapy is eclectic and deeply client-centered, drawing from somatic therapies, psychodynamic theory, attachment work, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and EMDR. By integrating these modalities, she tailors treatment to the unique needs of each individual, helping clients reconnect with themselves and move toward healing that feels authentic and lasting.
Dr. Kerri believes in treating the whole person—mind and body alike—taking a holistic view that honors both the psychological and physiological aspects of well-being. She earned her doctoral degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and received pre-doctoral training in the treatment of eating disorders using a Health At Every Size® (HAES®) approach. She later completed a post-doctoral fellowship specializing in the treatment of dual diagnoses among professional populations. In addition to her expertise in eating disorders and dual diagnosis, Dr. Kerri is highly skilled in trauma work and is an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist. She is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and is a member of PSYPACT, allowing her to provide telepsychology services across participating states.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Kerri finds joy in life’s many adventures. A passionate reader, she loves everything from thought-provoking professional books to twisty mystery thrillers. She enjoys park hopping between Universal and Disney, exploring Orlando’s many attractions and restaurants, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets. If there’s a concert or music festival nearby, you’ll likely find her there—because for Dr. Kerri, music has always been its own kind of therapy.

Kate Albarella
Therapist & Dietitian
Kate Albarella, co-founder of Inclusive Healing Center, brings a warm, integrative approach to her work that reflects her deep belief that healing begins with safety and connection. Grounded in relational work and informed by polyvagal theory, Kate helps clients cultivate a sense of stability and trust as the foundation for growth and change. From this grounding, she weaves together a variety of modalities—including attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, narrative therapy, and somatic practices—to support deeper insight, self-awareness, and meaningful healing.
A highly skilled and compassionate provider, Kate is a registered dietitian, registered mental health counselor intern, certified intuitive eating counselor, certified eating disorder specialist and consultant, trauma-informed yoga instructor, and certified parenting coach. With experience across all levels of care, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to her work, helping clients heal in a way that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Outside of her professional life, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, their twin kids, and their three cats. Her family loves bonding through play, exploration, and adventure—whether it’s game nights, local park trips, or discovering new Orlando favorites. A lifelong learner and proud book enthusiast, Kate also runs a professional book club and can often be found reading, listening to audiobooks, or diving into a favorite podcast. And if there’s a pop-punk, alternative, or emo concert nearby, chances are she’s there—music is her happy place and one of her favorite ways to recharge.

Her approach to therapy honors the whole person—mind, body, emotions, relationships, culture, and environment—recognizing that each of these interconnected pieces plays an important role in the healing process.
Amanda draws from a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities to meet clients where they are. Her work integrates somatic techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child work, and experiential methods to foster deep insight and emotional growth. She is also trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method, which she incorporates into her work with couples and families to support connection, communication, and understanding.
