Services
Healing looks different for everyone, which is why we offer a range of services designed to support the whole person. From therapy and nutrition counseling to parent coaching and psychological evaluations, our team provides compassionate, integrative care that nurtures emotional and physical well-being.

Mental Health Counseling
We provide individual, family, and couples counseling designed to support personal growth, strengthen relationships, and promote lasting healing. Our therapists create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, process emotions, and develop practical tools for coping and resilience.
Counseling fees range from $125-$175, depending on the provider and service.

Nutrition Counseling
Our dietitians are deeply committed to helping clients heal their relationships with food and body from a place of compassion and respect. Rooted in Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating principles, we take a holistic approach that honors the emotional, physical, and practical aspects of nourishment. We specialize in the treatment of all eating disorders, including ARFID, and offer individualized nutrition support through sessions focused on meal exposure, food preparation, and sustainable meal planning.
Nutrition fees are $150/50-minute session and $100/25-minute session.

Psychological Testing
Our psychological evaluations offer a compassionate and thorough approach to understanding your mental health. Through careful assessment and collaboration, we aim to provide clarity, insight, and guidance to help support your ongoing healing and growth.
Psychological evaluation fees vary depending on the needs of the individual.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
All of our clinicians are trained in EMDR, a highly effective, evidence-based therapy for processing trauma and releasing emotions that may feel “stuck.” We integrate EMDR into traditional therapy sessions to complement other therapeutic approaches, helping clients move through challenging experiences while building insight, coping skills, and emotional regulation. In addition, we offer EMDR as a stand-alone therapy for those who want focused trauma work, as well as EMDR intensives—extended sessions designed to provide deeper processing and more rapid progress for clients seeking concentrated healing.

Parent Coaching
We also offer parent coaching designed to empower caregivers with practical tools, guidance, and insights to support their children’s emotional growth and overall well-being. Our approach helps parents strengthen emotional regulation, foster connection, navigate challenging behaviors, and build more confident, resilient family relationships. Sessions are tailored to each family’s unique needs, providing strategies that can be applied in everyday life to create lasting positive change.
Parent coaching fees are $125/50-minute session.

Clinical Consultation
In addition to our clinical services, we offer speaking engagements and presentations tailored to a variety of audiences, sharing insights on mental health, nutrition, trauma, and wellness. For fellow clinicians, we provide advanced professional support including doctoral training opportunities, qualified therapeutic supervision, and CEDS (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist) consultation. Our goal is to foster growth, skill development, and evidence-based practice within the professional community, while also educating and inspiring broader audiences.
Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
