Our Approach to Feedback
We are committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate care. As part of our ongoing quality-improvement efforts, we welcome feedback about your experience with our practice.

We do not ask current clients to leave reviews or feedback. However, we recognize that some individuals may choose to share their experience voluntarily. For that reason, we provide options for sharing feedback publicly or privately.

Participation is entirely optional and has no impact on care.
Important Information
-
Sharing feedback is not part of treatment and is not reviewed by your clinician as part of care.
-
Please avoid including identifying information or clinical details.
-
Feedback is reviewed periodically at the practice level, not in real time.
-
This page is not a way to request services, support, or crisis assistance.
Ways to Share Feedback
You may choose whichever option feels most comfortable to you.
1. Anonymous, Private Feedback
If you would like to share feedback privately, you may do so through our anonymous feedback form. This option is intended for practice-level reflections and suggestions.
2. Public Feedback (Google)
Some individuals find public reviews helpful when searching for care. If you choose to share feedback publicly, you may do so through our Google Business profile.
A Final Note
We appreciate feedback shared thoughtfully and voluntarily.
Our goal in offering these options is to support transparency, reflection,
and continued growth as a practice.
