Marisol Garcia
I’m so glad you’re here. Life can feel complicated--whether you’re navigating your own challenges or supporting your family through theirs. You don’t have to do it alone.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and the challenges that come with parenting or supporting loved ones on the Autism Spectrum. Together, we’ll build emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with what matters most to you, all in a safe, compassionate space.

Whether you’re seeking guidance for yourself or your family, this work is about creating lasting change that honors the whole person and the connections that sustain us.
More about my work...
Marisol Garcia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides compassionate support to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She brings a warm, collaborative presence to therapy, grounded in the belief that healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported.

With extensive experience guiding individuals and families through complex emotional experiences, Marisol specializes in eating disorder recovery, trauma, substance use issues, and neurodivergence. She works with clients to build emotional awareness, strengthen communication within relationships, and reconnect with their values in ways that foster meaningful and lasting change. Additionally, she is trained in autism assessment and has experience supporting individuals who may be high-masking or have remained un-diagnosed for years.

Marisol’s approach is integrative and trauma-informed. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and polyvagal-informed perspectives. By blending these approaches, she helps clients enhance emotional regulation, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate healing that honors the whole person.

Central to Marisol’s work is the belief that true healing happens through connection--connection to ourselves, our relationships, and the parts of our story that deserve compassion and understanding.

Outside of her work, Marisol cherishes time with her husband and twin teenage daughters. She enjoys reading, music, spending time outdoors, and relaxing at the beach. A lifelong learner, she continually seeks new ways to grow personally and professionally.
