Therapist and Registered Dietitian in Orlando, FL
Eating Disorders, Trauma, Parenting Support

Kate Albarella is a therapist and registered dietitian, as well as co-founder of Inclusive Healing Center, providing therapy and nutrition support in Orlando, Florida for individuals navigating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and the emotional challenges of parenting.

With well over a decade of experience specializing in eating disorders—and as a twin mom herself—Kate understands both the clinical and lived experience of trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling.

If you’re someone who tends to prioritize others while feeling stuck in patterns around food, body image, anxiety, or past experiences, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it all on your own.

A Bit More About Kate

Outside of her work, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, their twin children, and their three cats. Her family loves bonding through play, exploration, and everyday adventures—whether it’s game nights, park outings, or discovering new spots around Orlando. She’s also a lifelong reader and runs a professional book club, often rotating between books, audiobooks, and podcasts. And if there’s a pop-punk, alternative, or emo concert nearby, there’s a good chance she’ll be there, as music is one of her favorite ways to recharge.
