Kate Albarella

Thanks for stopping by--I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a mental health therapist and registered dietitian, passionate about helping people find balance, healing, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I’ve specialized in eating disorders for over a decade, and I’m also a twin mom and certified parenting coach, so I know firsthand how hard it can be to hold everything together.

If you’re someone who shows up for everyone else (at work, at home, or in your relationships) but quietly feels stuck in patterns around food, body image, anxiety, or past experiences, you’re not alone. You don’t have to carry it all yourself.

I work with high-achievers and parents navigating eating disorders, trauma, attachment wounds, and the emotional weight of parenting. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and integrative, helping you slow down, reconnect with your mind and body, and gently explore what’s really going on, without judgment or pressure.

This is a space where you can exhale, feel understood, and start reconnecting with yourself in a more compassionate, sustainable way.

More about my work...

Kate Albarella, co-founder of Inclusive Healing Center, brings a warm, integrative approach to her work that reflects her deep belief that healing begins with safety and connection. Grounded in relational work and informed by polyvagal theory, Kate helps clients cultivate a sense of stability and trust as the foundation for growth and change. From this grounding, she weaves together a variety of modalities (including attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, narrative therapy, and somatic practices) to support deeper insight, self-awareness, and meaningful healing.

A highly skilled and compassionate provider, Kate is a registered dietitian, registered mental health counselor intern, certified intuitive eating counselor, certified eating disorder specialist and consultant, trauma-informed yoga instructor, and certified parenting coach. With experience across all levels of care, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to her work, helping clients heal in a way that honors the whole person--mind, body, and spirit.

Outside of her professional life, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, their twin kids, and their three cats. Her family loves bonding through play, exploration, and adventure, whether it’s game nights, local park trips, or discovering new Orlando favorites. A lifelong learner and proud book enthusiast, Kate also runs a professional book club and can often be found reading, listening to audiobooks, or diving into a favorite podcast. And if there’s a pop-punk, alternative, or emo concert nearby, chances are she’s there; music is her happy place and one of her favorite ways to recharge.
