Practice Information

Inclusive Healing Center provides therapy, nutrition support, and psychological services in Orlando, Florida. All services are provided by licensed or supervised clinicians in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is an essential part of your care.

All information shared in therapy is kept confidential and will not be released without your written consent, except in situations required by law, including:

◦ Risk of harm to yourself or others
◦ Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult
◦ Court orders or legal requirements

We are committed to protecting your information and maintaining a safe, respectful space for your care.

Telehealth Services

Some services may be provided via telehealth. Telehealth sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.

While telehealth is convenient and effective for many clients, it may not be appropriate for all situations. We will work with you to determine what is the best fit for your needs.

Fees and Payment

Session fees vary depending on the provider and type of service.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We may accept self-pay and, where applicable, out-of-network benefits. Please contact us directly for current rates and billing information.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Good Faith Estimate

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your care if you are not using insurance or are choosing to pay out-of-pocket.

What This Means

You are entitled to receive an estimate of the total expected cost of services, including:

◦ Therapy sessions
◦ Nutrition counseling
◦ Psychological testing or assessments
◦ Any other related services

This estimate is based on the information known at the time and may change depending on your needs and the course of treatment.

When You Will Receive It

You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any point during treatment.

We will provide this estimate in writing upon request.

If Your Bill Differs from Your Estimate

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
